Lining CPVC fiberglass composite power cable tube: do you know the classification and presentation of the pipe material?
The classification and representation method of pipe material
1. Steel pipe
The steel pipe is divided into two kinds of seamless steel pipe and welded pipe according to its manufacturing method.
Seamless steel pipe is made of high quality carbon steel or alloy steel, with hot rolling, cold rolling (drawing). The welded pipe is rolled into the steel tubular to sew or spiral seam welded in the manufacturing method, and is divided into low pressure fluid delivery with welded steel pipe, spiral welded steel pipe, welded steel pipe, welded pipe roll etc.. It is lined with CPVC fiberglass composite power cable tube.
Application: seamless steel pipe can be used in various liquids, gas pipes and so on. The welded pipe can be used for water pipeline, gas pipeline, heating pipe and so on.
1. Welded steel pipe
1.1 welded pipe and galvanized steel pipe for low pressure fluid delivery
Welded steel pipe for low pressure liquid delivery, is made of carbon steel, a small diameter pipe is the most commonly used in pipeline engineering, suitable for conveying water, gas, steam and other media, according to the surface quality of different, divided into galvanized pipe (commonly known as tin pipe) and non galvanized pipe (commonly known as black pipe). The inner and outer wall of a layer of zinc protective layer is about 3%-6% of non galvanized weight. According to the wall thickness of the tube, it is divided into three kinds: thin wall tube, ordinary tube and thickening tube. Thin-walled tube is not suitable for conveying medium, and can be used as a casing. It is lined with CPVC fiberglass composite power cable tube.
1.2 straight seam rolled electric welded steel pipe
The straight seam rolled electric welded steel pipe can be divided into electric welding steel pipe and the straight seam welded pipe welded by the steel plate in the field. It can be made of several tube wall thickness.
1.3 spiral seam welded steel pipe
The spiral seam welded pipe is divided into two kinds: automatic submerged arc welded pipe and high frequency welded pipe.
The A. spiral seam automatic submerged arc welded pipe is divided into two types: the class a tube and the second class tube according to the pressure of the conveying medium. Class a pipes are usually welded by ordinary carbon steel Q235, Q235F and low alloy structural steel 16Mn. Class B pipes are welded by Q235, Q235F, Q195 and other steels. They are used as low pressure fluid delivery pipes.
B. spiral seam high frequency welded steel pipe spiral seam high frequency welded steel pipe, there is no uniform product standard, generally use ordinary carbon steel Q235, Q235F and other steel.
2. Seamless steel pipe
The seamless steel pipe is divided into hot rolled tube and cold drawing tube according to the manufacturing method. The maximum nominal diameter of the cold drawn (rolling) tube is 200mm, and the maximum nominal diameter of the hot rolled tube is 600 mm. In pipeline engineering, when the diameter of pipe is more than 57mm, hot rolled tube is often used and cold drawing tube is often used when its diameter is less than 57mm. There are three kinds of seamless steel pipe used in pipeline engineering.
2.1 general seamless steel pipe
The general seamless steel tube is called seamless steel tube, which is made of ordinary carbon steel, high quality carbon steel, ordinary low alloy steel and alloy structural steel. It is used for making liquid conveying pipes or making structures and parts.
The seamless steel pipe is supplied by the outer diameter and the thickness of the wall. There are many kinds of wall thickness under the same outer diameter, and the pressure range is larger. The steel tube is usually length, the hot rolled tube is 3-12.5m, and the cold drawing (rolling) tube is 1.5-9m.
2.2 seamless steel pipe for low medium pressure boiler
The seamless steel pipe used for low medium pressure boiler is made of No. 10 and No. 20 high quality carbon steel.
Two. Cast iron pipe
The cast iron pipe is made of pig iron.
According to the different manufacturing methods, it can be divided into sand type centrifugal pipe, continuous cast iron straight pipe and sand type iron pipe. It can be divided into gray iron pipe, spheroidal graphite cast iron pipe and high silicon iron pipe according to the different materials used.
1. Feed water cast iron pipe
The 1.1 sand centrifugal cast iron straight tube sand centrifugal cast iron straight pipe is made of gray cast iron, which is suitable for the transportation of pressure fluid such as water and gas.
1.2 continuous cast iron straight pipe
Continuous cast iron pipes are continuous cast gray cast iron pipes, which are suitable for the delivery of pressure fluids such as water and gas.
2. Drainage cast iron pipe
Common drain cast iron socket pipe and pipe fittings. The flexible aseismic interface drains cast iron straight pipe. This kind of cast iron pipe is sealed by rubber ring and bolt, and has good flexure and flexibility under internal water pressure. It can adapt to the large axial displacement and lateral deflection, which is suitable for the indoor drainage pipe of high rise buildings, which is especially suitable for the seismic area. It is lined with CPVC fiberglass composite power cable tube.
Use: cast iron pipes are mostly used in water supply, drainage and gas pipeline engineering.
Three. Nonferrous metal tube
1. aluminum and aluminum alloy tubes, aluminum and aluminum alloys, which refer to the industrial pure aluminum containing 98% aluminum and the aluminum alloy with aluminum as the main body and the alloy elements of copper, magnesium, manganese, zinc, chromium and so on. Aluminum and aluminum alloy tubes are made from industrial pure aluminum or aluminum alloy by drawing or extruding. Aluminum has good acid corrosion resistance.
Is mainly composed of copper, phosphorus deoxidized copper manufacturing 2. copper and copper alloy copper pipe, called brass or copper brass tube is made of brass, brass and brass.
3. lead and lead alloy tubes
Four. Plastic pipe
Plastic pipes are usually made of plastic resin as raw materials, stabilizers, lubricants, etc., and are extruded in a pipe making machine by plastic methods. Because of its characteristics of light weight, corrosion resistance, beautiful appearance, no bad smell, easy processing and convenient construction, it has been applied more and more widely in building engineering. It is mainly used for water supply, piping, drainage, exhaust and discharge sanitary pipes, underground drainage pipes, drainage pipes and threading pipes.
There are two kinds of plastic pipes, thermoplastic pipes and thermosetting plastic pipes.
The main resins used in thermoplastic pipe were PVC resin (PVC), polyethylene resin (PE), polypropylene resin (PP), polystyrene resin (PS), propylene J ing butadiene styrene resin (ABS), polybutene resin (PB).
